Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. You can Refund or Return your product with in the 15 days of order date. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
In case of any Refunds approved by Decowill, it’ll take 48 – 72 working hours for the refund to be processed to the end customer’s bank account.
To return your product, you can e-mail your return request to: decowillshop@gmail.com or simply send us a WhatsApp message with “I want to return my product” along with your product ID.
Your shipping costs for returning your item are free.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
