Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 additional working days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by SMS/email once your order ships.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount are charged a flat rate of ₹99.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India (PAN India shipping). International shipping is not yet available.

Packaging

Every item is carefully wrapped and boxed to prevent damage during transit. Brass items are individually cushioned.

Returns & Damage Policy

Return Window

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We do not accept returns for change of mind on used items, but exchanges may be considered case by case.

How to Report a Damage/Return

Log in to your account, go to "Return / Damage" and submit your order number along with a description and photo. Our team typically responds within 2–3 business days.
